Two competitors “shredded rubber mulch” floating on the top of the cup and they said it wouldn’t float or wash.   At $0.58/lb to $0.78/lb retail, are you willing to gamble?

One of our competitors whom has offered shredded mulch for several years has now introduced a new rubber mulch chip which is pictured above.  It sure looks “Terrific” if you like car and truck tires in your yard or playground and you don’t mind paying a retail price of around $0.355/lb to $0.41625/lb.

This is a photo of some of the same mulch pictured on the left.  With a little moisture on a thumb and rubbing it lightly for a few seconds, the color is gone.  It appears that you may not want to have your kids out playing on this mulch after it’s rained - especially if they’re in their new white tennis shoes.
